Nagatoshi ODA (Year of birth unknown - July 1, 1582) was a busho in the Sengoku Period. He was the twelfth and the last son of Nobuhide ODA. His popular name was Matasaburo. He was the youngest brother of Nobunaga ODA. One theory has it that his mother was Iwamurodono (Nobuhide's last concubine). His closest elder brother was Nagamasu ODA (also known as Urakusai).

As he used the family name of Tsuda, he was also called Nagatoshi TSUDA. On the order from his elder brother, Nobunaga, he was assigned to Nobutada ODA's forces and took part in the suppression of Ise Nagashima Ikko Ikki (an uprising of Ikko sect followers in Nagashima, Ise Province) in 1574. He took part in the Kyoto Umazoroe (military parade) in 1581 as a member of Nobunaga's family.

In 1582, Mitsuhide AKECHI caused the Honnoji Incident in which he killed Nobunaga, Nagatoshi's elder brother, and then attacked and killed Nagatoshi and Nobutada at Nijo-jo Castle.
